Returns & Exchanges
If you purchased directly from ZUMI., refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of the purchase date.
A full refund will be given for items purchased on zumidog.com within 30 days of purchase. Shipping fees from the purchase will not be refunded and proof of purchase is requested. To be accepted as a return, the item(s) must be in resellable conditions, meaning original condition with product packaging.
When returning an item purchased from zumidog.com, please include a Return Form OR a Return Authorization Number.

To get a Return Authorization Number (RA#), please fill out the online Return Form, found HERE. If you need assistance, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Filling out the online Return Form and receiving a RA# is the quickest way to ensure a hassle-free return process.
Remember to ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all elements. Please address your return to:

We recommend that you ship your items with a carrier that provides tracking and/or insurance. ZUMI. can’t be held accountable for items lost or mishandled during shipping. International customers, please be advised that inbound custom duties/fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds for returned items will not be processed until the item has been received, inspected and approved by ZUMI. Please allow 5 – 7 business days to be refunded the original purchase price via your original form of payment. Please remember that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Be advised that additional delays may occur once we submit a refund to your band or credit card company due to their processes and policies (stinky banks). If you have any questions, please contact your payment provider to find out more about their time-frames and policies.
Exchanges are handled as two separate transactions. For items you want to exchange, please follow the instructions above to return your item(s). Then place a new order for the item(s) you would like instead on zumidog.com. Please note that new orders will incur shipping charges as shipping fees are not covered in our return policy.
Purchases from retailers
If you have purchased a ZUMI. product at a retail store or an online e-commerce retailer, all refunds and exchanges must be obtained through the original place of purchase. Proof of purchase is requested for returns on items purchased from zumidog.com.
